We ***** up and you pay.!
Maybe there is someone out there that can advise me. I am being told I must pay or face consequences. The meters were replacednot 1x but so far 3x. Over the period March 2021 to August 2021, a meter was clocking basically 2x the rate that it should. Contacting Tshwane multiple times led to a prepaid being fitted. The prepaid is accurate showing that the prior meter was indeed not accurate. Talking to the electricians they say "yes these meters are a problem". I was also told that meters in different areas run at different speeds? When I asked them to write that down..... no no....they will send out other people. So months down the line, my bill is still not right. Who does one talk to? The people I am dealing with don't seem to grasp what I am saying. I have contacted all these people: DA Ward 48 Cllr Kingsley Wakelin • *** Customer Care • *** Bernadette Sellar • *** Terishia L. Ramaite • *** Ronny Shilenge • *** Mankwana A. Thovhakale • *** Phathutshedzo Ramovha • *** Sally Motebele • *** Mare-Lise M. Fourie • *** Phuti S. Mabotja • *** Charity T. Ngxesha • *** Ndumiso Ngubane • *** Jordan Griffiths • ***
But the problem remains. Why must I pay for electricity I never used? Why were all the meters replaced, them not registered on the system and now allot of people sit with bills that are crazy. Why should I bare costs of *********** people, and face the threat of legal consequences when the fault lies at Tshwane and not with me. Since April I have been trying to resolve this. If anyone can advise please post comments. The people listed above cannot find amicable solution and don't seem to care either.
