We must pay for the badly administered municipalit

Having bought a stand, no account was received for years. I start building and make arrangements to pay off the backlog of the account. Paying in excess of what is required, I suddenly get another adjustment of R 17 000 in June 2015. I moved into my house at the beginning of the year and handed in my occupation certificate in April. How could 2 months rates be this amount? I have been to the offices for 3 days on different occasions, met with finance managers, who says, \your account was messed up by this adjustment in June". That is as helpful as it gets. I was told it may have been because of the incompetence in valuations that I am now suffering the consequences of poor administration because there was no evaluations done in the area and I am now charged in arrears for their incompetence"
