We lodged the complain since 2014 nothing happened

Good day<br> <br> We lodged a complain on 20014/08/28 to economic development about the noise that is coming for coup by the name of LAVIANT LOUNGE that is situated across the street from our building, after some months the send an inspector to inspect the premises but the inspector said he won't inspect the premises because the only check the llicenses of the clubs.<br> <br> I to Sunnyside police station to lodge a complain but the captain I found there she said they can't do anything about that she gave me the number to call when I call the number I got a person by the name of Mr Pieter Nel ***) who said to me he's not working our area however he gave me another number to call.<br> <br> On 25/06/2015 I called the number (012 35 4656) I then longed the complain via phone call they gave me a reference number as per ***-2015 and inspector name as per Inspector Tsepo Somo contact number ***, I called the number several times no one answered the phone.<br> <br> We went to municipal bylaws offices to lodge the complain they registered the complain on 2015/07/30 but till today nothing happened.<br> <br> The music is playing loud on open windows 07 days a week from around 06pm to 02am<br> <br> Please help cont
