Water restriction due to neighbours non payment of

Our water has been restricted since yesterday afternoon. This was done because our neighbours account was not paid and our water was restricted incorrectly by the municipality - our account is paid in full and the neighbours notice of restriction addressed to them was stuck in our gate. We've phoned multiple times and they keep promising that it would be fixed but noone actually does this.
