Water restricted day after proof of payment.

My electricity account was paid to late. EFT was done for R3507.00 on Saturday 18-07-2015.<br> On Monday my electricity gets disconnected without any warning as the account showed the amount due as R2969.93. The bank warns that it may take 2 days for the payment to reflect on the recipient's account. I accept my mistake and the same day I personally deliver proof of payment stamped by the bank to credit control.
