Water reconnection

City of tshwane disconnected our water in June as our account had balance of R693.On the 29 and 30 i made payments which added up to R900,on the 03/07/2025 i called municipal office for reconnection they gave me ref no. *** they said it wil be done after 6 - 8 hours.On the 09th i went to Akasia they referred me to wonderpark office,i called again during the day they said their system shows that water was reconnected and it was not.On the 10th i went to wonderpark office room 113 they said it will be done same day,today the 14/07 i went to wonderpark office room 114 they said they are sending email to relevant department even now water is not reconnected.
