Water pipes that burst in Elarduspark

Since December 2014 more than a 100 pipes burst in Ward 47. Water is running down the streets daily. Pipes that was fixed burst again within 2 days or a few meters down the street. They have been asked to fix the pipes properly, but the problem continue. Over weekends they sometimes just close the valve so that the water stop running, but then we do not have any water in the houses. Over the Easter weekend we were without water for 3 days. The also do not close the holes, just put tape around it. The area is a mess! Thousands of litres water was wasted in the 4 months.
