Water pipes ****** 3 weeks ago - Council still has not fixed the pipes - Water being wasted

Water Pipe's were ****** on the 10th Feb and although a temp fix (cheap plastic piping) was done a permanent solution has still not been installed. This temporary fix leaks and is wasting water constantly. Calls to the service desk result in further calls being logged as the previous ones are closed without any resolution. I have even had a geyser bust due to there being no flow control devices as this was also ******.
