Water not restored

I have just moved in to a house at Nkwe Estate Northern Pretoria and one day came to find my electricity and water blocked on the meters. I then investigated and finally found that the house was behind on payments. I then paid the outstanding amount on the 25/05/2015. After a lot of phoning and being promised for the restoration of both the water and electricity only the electricity was restored on 29/05/2015 (4days after I had paid and phoned for restoration). The water on the other hand is still off till today but it has been already paid for. I cannot take a bath, cook or wash my dishes. This in my idea is ******* because I have paid the outstanding amount being owed, now I don't understand what's causing such a long delay. Everytime I call I get given a promise for the next day but still nothing happens. The City of Tshwane Municipality is useless. When I lived in Durban I never use to have these kind of problems. in the event that a payment has been skipped and paid for the restoration would happen the very same day.<br> I'm very disappointed and frustrated and to be honest I doubt the municipality will even do anything about this complaint.
