Water meter problem

I reported a burst water meter fitting on Thursday 24 September at 07:30 after 105 kl of water wasted. I was given a ref number 688947 and told it is scheduled for Sunday 27 September. Sunday at 17:00 I phoned the call cente again and told they will deal with the problem immediately. It is Monday 28 September and I am still without water since last Thursday.
