Water meter outside property leaking

<p>Reported a water leakage at Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality 7 days ago reference783606. To date nothing. No feedback, nothing. Had to shut the stop valve on the meter to avoid the meter running because of the leakage. Tshwane had contractors replacing the meters and this is like the 4th time the meter unit is leaking. Tried everything, email, daily calls to the customer service number and even called the ward counsellor.</p> <p> </p>
