water meter leaking for 5 days

I have a leaking water meter for 5 days and the municipality is not bothered to repair it even though we having water restrictions, these are simple issues that the municipality can do yo help save water but it seems they not bothered.<br> <br> Get your act together municipality, service delivery is pathetic . <br> <br> When I called to enquire I got a response they gave 3 days to fix, it's a joke as once again we having a drought and the municipality is not even bothered to save water. <br> <br> Reference number to fix water meter 712094.<br> <br> I hope to get some response and have it fixed as if any damages incur, will the municipality pay for it.<br>
