Water meter leaking and not working

The pipe feeding into the meter is leaking at the connecting point. The meter also seems to be stuck. The leak started somewhere during the Easter weekend. The situation was reported on 7 April 2015 and I received reference number 648709. Since then I have contacted the complaints number three times and every time I have been told that a mr Pretorius will phone me. This did not happen and the water is still streaming. As is normal in such a situation, the billing will become tricky. In the meantime at my guestimate, about 10,000 liters are lost per day. This is just wasted.
