Water meter leakage for the past 4 days

water meter has been leaking since Tuesday and the call was logged. Nothing has been done till today. Water just waisted and we are unable to use the water leaking. We don't have water in the house. In times of election like thi this you would expect us to deliver the service to win our vote but there is none. Water is the basic need and as a SA resident and compliant resident I am entitled to have water in my house.
