Water main pipe bursting

The City Council of Pretoria aka Tshwene is a disaster, when you try and phone them on number *** all you get is message of the best province is Gauteng. BS is what I have to say since when you do get hold of them for an emergency such as a broken water main and paving lifting up and water being wasted they do not react, no one comes to repair it. and the water is ****ing up the inside of my front external wall, which will soon suffer damage which they must then repair on state cost. The reference number I got from them is *** and they said they would come on Saturday, well it has past and no one has come since I know they don't work on weekends which is also unacceptable, emergency services should work as shifts 24/7 365 days a year. That is how it is in the rest of the world oh but not in ANC country. Lazy things they are. If I have to get a plumber I will deduct the amount from my water bill and the City Council of PTA can bank on that. And I want this fixed yesterday already.
