Water leakage

I reported a water leakage in our street days ago per email to customercare@tshwane. I got a automatic reply, but no response yet. I have re-sent the mail, no response. Water is streaming down the road. Tshwane just could't care less!! A few months ago I also reported a leakage and got no response. My husband had to go to the office twice to report it. The second time he threatened them with the media and they still took another three days before they came to fix the leak!! I think it is time that their pathetic service and don't care attitude is exposed!!
