Water leak Jean Ave Centurion

I reported a water leak in Jean avenue on the pavement between South and Lenchen street 5th March 2018. The water is seeping thru the boundary wall of Die Hoewes housing complex. Our official address 276 Von Willich street Centurion. The reference number ********** I contacted the municipality several times but no success 27th March I contacted the DA councilperson for this area. Mr. Visser from the DA was very helpful and reported the incident to the municipality, 10 minutes after he reported the incident I got a call from the water department and the lady asked me is the water is still leaking. I assured her it is indeed the case. She promised me she will send out the plumber. Today is 10 April and still nothing. The water still leeks and our wall has weekend. What will happen if it form a sinkhole or our wall collapse. There was a sinkhole in Jean Ave not far from this water leak and was repaired. This is absolutely absurd service rendered.
