Water crisis and frustration

This is my life since Sunday the 7th . My story: I am a ***r old lady I live in Mamelodi at a place known as Ikageng which is south 7KM from Silverlakes and walking distances from other areas in Mamelodi This is in South Africa in Tshwane, Gauteng province The problem I am about to seek help on is only affecting my area all areas surrounding my area do not experience the trauma my area is in.

In the beginning of the year my water problems began 1. In the beginning water started dripping from the taps during the day and only have normal pressure at night 2. Then we graduated to having water only at night and by night I mean after ten and by 5am the taps were dry 3. Ever since the 7th the taps are completely dry. As of today it is exactly seven days and nights of no water.

Every day after work I call the call center and they do not know what is wrong they send technicians to my house who don't find anything wrong obviously because the problem affects my area and my query gets closed.

I have arthritis and struggle to get into the bath tub and have no choice but to do so with the bit of water I heat on the stove as I cannot shower, now every joint in my body is sore

I never get any notification of what is happening. I have attached the pictures of the situation I currently live under, with having to buy water daily to try and sustain a living for basic needs such as cooking, sanitation and bathing. This situation is really disheartening to say the least.

This is a cry for help from a helpless forgotten old lady who nobody cares for in a province where elite areas are taken care of and if by any chance they experience challenges, a blow by blow progress reports are given to them and if problem can't be sorted alternatives are given and reports will fly all over media houses
