Water and Sinatation

<p>Dear Hello Peter</p> <p>I have just moved in the new development in Amandasig, Pretoria on the 1st February 2017. and have been requesting for the statement since i moved in. and call center agent kept on saying i must submit my meter readings which i did in february and when i followed up they couldnt give me feedback then in March 2017 i went to our nearest manucipality in Akasia to submit the meter reading.Last week friday i received the statement stating that i have miscelinius charges and when i contact the call center they told me that i have illigal connection and i have to pay and i have a prepaid electricity from city of Tshwane which they can even see when did i buy the electricity and how much i have left with the unit, now when i went back to Akasia they refered me to Pretoria town and when i got there they said i must go and do affidavity and also they have send someone to disconnect the electricity. my question is i only stayed there for less that two months and i have done illigal connection?
