Water and sanitation department doesn't take us serious

The drainage in our street has blocked and it affected 5 houses including mine, we've been calling city of tshwane since 7 days ago yesterday I personally went to municipal to report they just came to check and left they never come back. This is not healthy it's inhumane our hygiene have been compromised kids are now sick it doesn't look good water sewerage it's flowing inside our yard we can't open the windows we can't open the doors because of bad smell and flies
