water and rates account: acc no: *** over charged

<p>i always pay my account always on time now suddently i have and amount of R2201.01 charge for miscellaneous charge now my bill is 4 x what i usual pay my account is normally R600 now my bill is R2663.00 without and better explanation on the bill no proof why am i charged that amount. i called call centre they couldnt explain what is it for</p> <p>acc no: ********** 458</p> <p>contact no: ********** 287</p>
