i have logged a query so many time regarding the incorrect billing of my water. this year June will be my 2nd year since my bond was approved. i pay my account every month, i send email no one bothers to respond to my emails let alone get the assistance you when you go to the branch. if i do not get ant assistance i will have to lodge a complain with the ombudsman. contact ***. ref /***
