water and lights account

Our water and lights is extremely high for the past 6 months. we did a query and they kept on telling us that they will send out inspectors to come have a look at our meter reading it is now 3 months that we are still waiting. my mother and my aunt has been sending emails toe Nothemba Malatji and Marius Ehlers but still no response from them. Now our water and lights is R56 000 how is that possible for a normal house. my mom have been struggling now for 6 months for someone to come to our house to the meter reading but it seems like no one is interested. now they say she must fill in a form and pay up front for them to come test the meter. about a year ago the send two ladies out to out house but this ladies couldn't even open up the meter box and we are still waiting for them to come back.
