Waste Removal - City of Tshwane Sinoville Satellite Office (North East Region)

I am honestly so disappointed with the horrible service we are receiving from our municipality and the waste removal department.

For three months we have been charged for three bins... when we only have two! My husband and I have visited the office to ask them to rectify the issue, and their response was that an inspector claimed to have seen three. We do not know how, because we do not have three.

So being overcharged for three months without providing any evidence? How on earth did he see three drums? Was he drunk maybe? Because we only have two. Nathan said that the inspector will come out to do an inspection... Which till this day has not been organised.

Now this week all the drums were emptied except ours... So paying for three and getting service for none.

Honestly, I'm tired of fighting with incompetence.
