In short....Shere 62 is an Agricultural holding property in Pta east. There is no building and no business on this property since 2018. Tshwane did do a correction on the category for the Property rates from commercial to agricultural, but not on the City Cleaning Fee. This fee was an additional fee to waste management from 01/01/2018 to 30/06/2019. I have pleaded numerous time, but with no response or reply from anybody.

We hired a consultant in February 2022 to try and resolve this matter in person with Tshwane waste management. Mr Louis Makhubele the Acting Director's response was: "The location of this property is in Pta east and the monies paid to buy this property is high, and therefore he sees this property to be a commercial property and we WILL pay this City Cleaning fee! According to us you pay as to which category you are classified to and not what anybody feels you should be paying... We are begging anybody out there to assist us in this matter. We are in the process of selling this property, but cannot apply for the clearance certificate, because of this outstanding City cleaning fee.
