WAITING FOR 5DAYS FOR A TECHNICIAN

I have reported to the City of Tshwane via SMS, call centre and I even went physically to their offices since at Soshanguve Block FF Depot Sunday the 3rd Jan 2016 that I have a poor failure, no technician has come. I really feel that the City Of Tshwane has failed me as its citizen for 27years, as always. The whole Electricity department from call centre agents, to staff at offices are ***********, unfriendly and *****.!!<br> <br> To this very moment I still have no power fro 5days. I have been promised that a technician will come but waiting in vain and my account is up to date. What am I paying for if they can even solve/attend such a small matter.<br> <br> When you ask for manager at their offices or contact details via call centre agents, they say they don't know.<br> <br> I so wish the Mayor kgosientso Ramokgopa can see this and attend to it. Its really unfair. None of those *********** staff will survive without electricity for 5days with a full family. I have kids and animals to cook and iron for. What about my fridge and geyser, meat and groceries??<br> <br> My vote for the coming elections its not a secret because the government leading the City Of Tshwane has failed me and my family
