Very rude person!!!!

<p>I phoned the pretoria deeds office on the 14th of June 2016 @ 10:04AM.</p> <p>I wanted to sort out an issue with our Title deed...but that was not the problem..the telephone operator, Racoli Machika (not sure about the spelling) was very rude...wonder if he knows that we, the TAX payers pay his salary!!!</p> <p>He asked for our area name and when I gave him the one I know about he says(very abrupt and short) there is nothing like that on his system.</p> <p>I then gave him my husbands ID number when he asked me for it. I was halfway though giving it to him when he enterrupted me and said: "Surname"....</p> <p>I told him I wasn't done giving the surname and he again said:"Surname"</p> <p>He was blatantly being rude! No wonder our country is in the state it is!! and no wonder no one wants to pay TAX!!!</p> <p>Please consider employing people who actually want to work and who has a bit of people s****s...</p>
