Very poor service our municipality offers

<p>i have been reporting power faul since sunday 23 october 2016, went to the soshanguve municipality offices at block f west on sunday to report, was told to send an sms, which i did and got a refrence number, nobody showed up, sent an sms again on monday the 24th, nothing happend, sent my mother on tuesday the 25th, she was told they will follow her which they never did, only to show up on wednesday the 26th, fix the reported houses and they said they will return with the needed cable to fix at my house and they never returned, on thursday the 27th i went to report to a different branch in block ff and was told they will be at my place within an hour, same thing happened they never showed up till even today. is this the kind of service we should accept?</p>
