Very poor response time to attend to water leakage

Yesterday I called in to log a call for a heavily leaking water meter the reference number is 901684. The meter has been leaking from 14H00 yesterday and it has never been attended to. This is unacceptable as thousands of litres of fresh water is getting wasted as a result of this leakage. As we know that our country is declared as one of the water scarce country and as we speak the Western Cape give testament to this.
