Very poor electricity support service

I am very disappointed with the City of Tshwane (CoT). My circuit breaker on the electricity mast tripped Thursday morning. After spending a lot of time on the phone, a technician arrive, reset the circuit breaker and left. Not long after he left, the circuit breaker tripped again, while minimal load was app****. Clearly the problem is with the circuit breaker. Since then I have not been able to get the CoT out to fix the problem. All my food in the fridge have defrosted. I work from home and cannot get anything done. Very very disappointed.
