Very poor and unprofessional

Poor service. Called city of tswane regarding the date for my account. Keep on telling me they can't do that. I did explained to them my pension doesn't get paid in on the 13th of every month, but only at the end of the month. This makes it horrible for us to top up pre paid electricity. Again they don't care,,and also very rude.
