Very bad service

City of Tshwane has to fix the mess they made with the take over from rand water it left households with unrealistic debt. They really have to do something. I need my money back. I have never and will never owe the municipality that much. They really have to check their records. And the staff members do not know what is happening because they gave me a terrible attitude they looked at me as if I do not know what I'm talking about.... My bill jumped from R200 to a whooping R24000 in less than 12months how is that possible.
