Utter abuse of power

This is utter abuse!! On the 15th my meter was leaking, reported and the plumbers came on the 16th and did a half job, left me without water today it is the 5th day, when you call I get promises but I don't think someone is held responsible to ensure that the citizens get help. Who stays without water for 5 days and rely on neighbors for assistance. This is utter abuse of power
