Useless Tshwane Municipality

What a useless bunch of idiots at Tshwane Municipality Street Lights department.

7 Years I have been complaining regarding a faulty street light.....

I have reference numbers dating back years and yet the light is not functioning but yet we need to pay these *********** fools salaries.
