Useless service from city of Tshwane as always

Water leak

52 hours later, numerous phone calls and e-mails and still the problem has not been solved. We will not be held liable for paying for all this water going to waste after reporting the problem more than 52 hours ago.

It is almost the weekend and thousands of more water will be wasted.

You will not deduct this from our account month end, telling me that I should dispute afterwards and give you the ref. number after the account has been paid. I am asking you to sort this now.

When will this be resolved?
