USELESS SERVICE

<p>Streetlights reported faulty on 20 JAnuary 2017, only to be told that your systems are down, and i will have to call back. Eventually, I send an email to streetlights depratment and customer care, and a lady by th name of Ashnee Parsotam only came back to me via email, and provided me with refrence number ********** 535. I kept emailing her back, but shoe does not care to respond, which is actually normal, becaue thsi is CTMM, they do not care about teh consumers!!! I kept calling your useless call centre, to no avail...one lady actually went so far as telling me that i have to wait my turn, as they are busy. Lats night when i followed up again, I spoke to a guy who was honest enough to tell me that my fault was only reported on the system on teh 1st of February, and that it is passed its due date, as it was suppose to fixed on teh 5th already. He asid that he will foloow up, and send it back to teh depot. Someone is not doing their jobs, an di want my light to be fixed today.......i hope you hear what i say!!!!!</p>
