Useless bylaw enforcement

Complaint about ******* businesses in ward 3,westpark,here are 4 ******* car repairing businesses in my street, Taungstreet,the fact that complaints to the city of tshwane are not being taken seriously,the fact that they are ignoring these complaints deliberately,u cant even call metro police Phillip Nell park,they do not act in bylaw complaints.ive been reported 4 times,for doing repairs,and im not running a business!but these car repair businesses are a nuisance,reffing ,hammering,screaming shouting,load music from vehicles,and then its the blocking if the road with vehickes,working in the street on vehicles,on the sidewalks,parking on front of my property,blocking my gate ,and they mess up the street ,with *******,oil,alcohol bottles,it looks terrible .this harrasing businesses are not allowed in a residential area,they have to apply to the city if tshwane .the whole pretoria west is already looking like a dump with these businesses.
