Useless!!!

I am disgusted by your call centre agents lack of knowledge and respect. I have been strugglingvfor an entire day to get my electricity connected. Your pathetic and rude call centre agent Refilwe had the audacity to keep putting me on hold while I wa***plaining my situation and then I keep holding forever and no one answers. When I kept calling back and getting through to her I told her that I do not want to hold on again. She then rudely tells me that I will hold on as that's how they do things and while I'm talking she puts me on hold again! I have a 1 year old child and still no electricity and City of Tswhane does not give a ****. I am sure no one will respond to this complaint as that seems to be the nature of how they conduct themselves. Simply useless and pathetic service!!!
