Upset citizen

@CityTshwane I am very dissatisfied at the service your provide. I have no electricity for the past 8 years in my home and I have been running around since than. The past 3 months has been the worst because I have been running around and spending money on transport because I recieved messages from the council. Every person I speak to sends me to someone else. I mean for how much longer should I wait to be helped. You tell us to Come when systems are online and when we come there you turn us away. @MphoNawa1 I have been chatting to him and trying to get his help. He sends someone to help me but still no one is helping me. Since I have been running around I have not recieved any feedback. I provided the necessary documents needed and everything but still I am without lights. Can someone please assist me. My reference number is ***4
