Unresponsive to client queries

<p>Good day</p> <p>every month i send through my meter readings. this month i received an email saying that the meter reading i send in last month and this months differs, last month was more than this month. We need to get our water meter needs to be tested. on the photo is clearly shows the correct figures (94925), not the 97176 that they claim.They charge you about R1200 just to check. I send them emails with photos. I do not see the meter reading that they think they saw. No response no for over 2weeks.</p>
