Unprofessional and *********** Behavior, I send series of e-mails and called Kgomotso and Mathoto from City of Tshwane several times with nor answer, first you advertise tenders with contact details for people to enquire on but you don't answer your phones or respond to e-mails, secondly you advertised your tenders in e-tenders that website has not been working for weeks, even when you are e-mail and phoned to inform you, you do nothing about instead you ignore us, unless if you already have people that you want to give this tender to, hence you are not giving us the tender document as requested which is *****, I am very disappointed and I will ensure that this will reach social media so we expose this useless behavior.
