Unhappy client

I'm not one to complain but lately things just don't seem to be going right, we have been out of lights since yesterday morning from 4am until now. I currently stay in Bluestream estate and what's surprising is that both Mooikloof and woodlands have had power the entire time but yet we are all in the same street? This has become a constant thing every single week and we are the only ones affected by it?? I have a small child who needs to eat and drink milk, I find myself having to constantly buy takeaways or spending mone in restaurants which is very much costly and unfair?
