Unhappy citizen

It's been six days since I reported my water case to Tshwane and I have been calling them every day. I still haven't received help. We are told to wash our hands, how do you wash your hands without water? No one is saying anything they promise to call back but no one does. I was told to expect plumbers Monday, today it's Wednesday I'm still waiting for the plumbers. Your service is poor I'm disgusted by the fact that come month end I'll have a bill waiting for me but when it comes to service delivery you fail us. Please fix your problems. I can't even get a private plumber because the problem is in the meter box which is still gushing water. This is the service request number*** given to me.
