Unfairness by city of tshwane to staff

Why are staff members not being assisted or taken care off ? Staff members are forced to attend courses / classes to help the city of tshwane municipality to comply with Their stats done for the year ,now staff are forced to go to these gatherings , and being affected to be not performing at their duties to cover up for their non compliance and then not get any performance review due to this forced on them , dealing with manipulation at work by managers ,not taking their mentally health inconsideration,but some staff are allowed to work while doing nothing getting paid a salary monthly ,like staff working in gardens, and doing typing jobs,and when attacked by follow staff members during strikes ,their not assisted at all , as and clearly this increasing if salaries that are *****ulently agreed upon by union members are **** arrest,by making them self rich with deals and not taking all staff in consideration ,by doing this now also making a deal ,but staff have to suffer for this inhuman decision,it's unfair ,to use Rand water,and escom in this deal making sceme to affect other staff not related to this agreement ,no staff member bonus or salary had anything to do with rand water,or escom .this matter must be taken to labour court.unfair
