Unfair treatment

The city of tshwane decided to block all those who are owning to buy electricity without informing community and now some of us are in the dark for days and our medication is rotten now. My understanding is that the city must try and find solution with community rather than punishing them this festive season. I personally don't have money to settle the account but I have money to pay on a monthly basis and on top of that i buy electricity and they take 60% . Please assist us to talk to the mayor. We also deserve electricity this festive season
