UNAUTHORISED REMOVAL OF WATER METER

I will rate City of Tshwane a "0" (Zero). Since middle of March I try to get answers regarding my water meter that was removed unauthorised by them due to a fault on their side for not closing a job card in 2024. I wrote several e:mails to 9 senior administration personnel and up to date I do not have any answers from any one. I need my old meter back, I want an explanation and an apology from the head of department why they never contacted me.
