UNAUTHORISE CHANGE OF WATERMETER

CoT change my watermeter without my permission, after a job card that was not close in 2024. New meter reading stood on 46kL, more than double my monthly usage. I've asked my old meter back with a D-date of 2 April 2026, and nobody adhere to e:mails send to 9 senior admin emoloyees of CoT.
