Unable to get hold of anyon to confirm new account

Having tried repeatedly to establish contact with Tshwane Municipality to verify the registration of new property in my name as well as the absence of receiving any billing statement.<br> <br> I tried calling the number of the attorneys letter, got through to IT , was then referred to 358 -0062 , turned out to be training department, whom referred me to *** whom then referred me to ***.<br> <br> Here had to listen to all the instructions to speak to a consultant, after which the phone rang for just under a minute and then cut me off. Can someone please contact me so that I can pay my account as required before I get threatening letters etc
