The city if tshwane municipality and Metro police department,in pretoria west,are just ******** on small businesses in residential area s that are not allowed,which violates multiple laws and bylaws,which causes a nuisance,which affects traffic,creating people to leave ,by bullying neighbours,harrras them to create a business environment,its againts the law, complaints are not taken seriously,how many home owners gad to sel their properties to run away because of this situation, sidewalks are unsafe to walk on,every second house is a ******* business,which do not pay the city if tshwane to use the sidewalk,not app**** for re evaluation of properties,etc but metro police and the police with,city of tshwane employees,support these ******* businesses,which probably they are involved in ,unfair changing if residential suburbs.so many properties has gone facelifts, *******ly,extra changes without applications,from the building offices!so much money are lost of income to the municipality!i know there are ******* activities going on in pretoria west and suburbs.
