Ive put in multiple complaints about refuge removal that was charged but no service delivery was done,thus happened through a few years now,i cant stop this service,when i have a municipal account ,they are just ignoring ,me and every week i put in the same claim to credit my account ,i dud nir even complain about lockdown of COVID where everybody did not receive any services yet ,nor credit in any accounts,nor the increase in water and electricity which was not legal due to no services rendered att all .there are so many loopholes in their procedures,from different areas and provinces uts actually inhuman practice thats happening.
